Real Organic
Our vegetables are truly “slow food” grown in the beautiful mountains of Jiangxi and tended lovingly by farmers. The farm only uses natural organic farming practices. No artificial hormones or chemicals are used to speed growth or ripen anything. Compared with vegetables grown in the conventional way, organic vegetables are proven to have higher levels of vitamins, micronutrients, antioxidants.

New! Fukuoka Mizuna
A regular in the Fukuokan Kaisaki Meals. This is the smooth leaf cousin to the feathery leaved Mizuna. Best is to stir fry with oil and garlic or blanched accompanying a bowl of soup noodles. You can also dice it up, quickly stir fry and mix it into your rice. This is the stealth method to sneak veggies into kids.
New! Korean Turnip Greens
Both the root and the greens can be eaten. Turnip is very low in calories. A 3 ounce serving contains only 18 calories and provides 34 percent of the RDA for vitamin C. Rich in vitamin C, turnip contains active enzymes that aid digestion, particularly of starchy foods.
The root is best used in soup after peeling and dicing. Great with sea food soup or even beef soup. It soaks up the essence of the ingredients and imparts sweetness to the soup. Make sure you eat them after drinking the soup. Or try this Korean chicken rice with radish:

The leafy part has to be finely diced to stir fry. Alternatively you can roughly chopped it up and try this recipe:http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/neelys/ginas-turnip-greens-recipe/index.html
Make sure you cook the greens well to make it tender.

Summer Special Big Box
We are offering a limited supply of summer vegetable boxes delivered weekly to your doorstep at a special price of HK$490 per box for July and August, 2010. (Our normal One Off price is $540)
Due to the non-industrial, non-mechanized way of farming, currently we have a very limited production volume and vegetable subscriptions will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. We apologize in advance should we be unable to fulfill every booking for now but rest assured that we will be increasing the production to keep up with demand.
Big Box Plans
You may choose to subscribe to our 3-months, 6-months or 12-months Big Beautiful Seasonal Box Plan. Each Big Beautiful Seasonal Box is designed to be enough for a family of 4-6 for 3-5 days. There will be approximately 6-8 varieties of vegetables.
The longer term seasonal plans are to help our farmers plan for the up-coming planting seasons which are 3-4 months at a time. Members will have an opportunity to help us plan for the next season’s plantings by choosing the variety of vegetables members want to have.
Our website is now LIVE.
